The Client
FESTOOL is a global manufacturing brand for high-quality power tools and has been servicing the construction industry for more than 90 years.
FESTOOL wanted to re-platform and reinvigorate their website with a modernised interface to improve user engagement and their customer journey. Magento 2.x platform was the default choice of CMS and to enable custom integration and scalability for future enhancements.
Compelling was to task design complex integration with SAP Business One, Salesforce and PIMCore to automate business process digitally. Additionally, “Repair Order” module was custom built to suit their business rule.

Clean design with conformity to FESTOOL brand guide was created.

Selected extensions, functionality and custom developed modules in Magento 1.x version were to be implemented on the new Magento 2.x versions.
